Telehealth Optimization Sprint
This 10-week sprint is a peer learning model to help an ACO foster sharing across its network of provider organizations to build capacity for optimized telehealth services. It is designed for participation of up to 10 primary care organizations within a single ACO.
At the conclusion of the sprint, the organizations will have achieved the following:
- Developed a roadmap for their telehealth services.
- Achieved clarity on how telehealth fits into the overall strategic direction of the organization.
- Refined workflows to better optimize use of staff and improve experience of care for all involved.
- Developed a clear understanding of their business case for telehealth.
Organizations meet weekly via video conference and work through a 10-week curriculum of evidence-based approaches to telehealth derived from seasoned telehealth organizations. Expert faculty guide peer sharing and help organizations address local challenges.
The workshop can be customized based on the goals and objectives of the sponsoring organization.
