Data-Driven Decision Making Training
Time: Each individual topic can be selected as a module from the list below and can be presented in a 45-60 minute. training.
Audience: Operations staff, administrators
Location: Instructor led, virtual training or blended.
Goal and topics: This course will help organizations identify the current state of data collection and understand and distinguish between internal and external data usage. You will learn:
- Why data is important in current and future decisions;
- How to recognize a variety of decision-making strategies using data; and
- How to evaluate your current data—-the collection of it, the analytics, and the return of results to increase effectiveness and efficiency in our operations.
Curricula includes activities tied directly to the objectives and, also, strongly encourages participants to use their current business data/context to complete the exercises.
The TA project can be expanded or delivered together in a series or full/half-day trainings as needed.
