Accountability, Clinical Care & Employee Support in Distance Supervision
The rapid shift in clinical care and care management models to embrace remote engagement with enrollees and patients poses tremendous challenges for health system staff and supervisors. This training will provide clinical supervisors with concrete tools to adapt to the changing environment, including staff support tools and methods to understand the psychosocial impact on staff and means to build staff resilience. Key topics include measuring success in this model, retaining staff accustomed to community-based engagement in a time when the work and engagement models change, and supervision strategies and best practices for sustainability when traditional community engagement models resume. The training will include application of learning (e.g. case studies, small group activities, and role playing). The training can accommodate approximately 40 participants and is conducted virtually via an online audio/video platform. Total training time is approximately one to two hours. Customization options include scope modifications and onsite HMA participation. Training content can be customized to the specific priorities and experience of the ACO or CP. The training can also be customized for larger or smaller groups. Group size will influence pricing. TA support will be provided via online audio/video technology unless otherwise requested. Onsite HMA participation will influence pricing.
