From Fall 2019 through Spring 2021, the Massachusetts DSRIP Technical Assistance (TA) Program hosted a series of three Pop Up events for ACOs and CPs focused on finding, engaging, and building successful relationships with MassHealth members. This resource summarizes three common themes that emerged across events, and includes promising practices, resources and examples from past DSRIP TA projects that ACOs and CPs may find valuable in their efforts to better engage MassHealth members.
