Telehealth Communication Skills Training
Telehealth Communication Skills is a critically important training in today’s world. Covering definitions, best practices, case studies, phone and video etiquette, and physical/mental aspects of telehealth, this training will equip staff and supervisors in health and human service organizations to work at their highest capacity.
The training includes lecture, small and large group discussion, case studies, film, and Q & A.
A separate supervisor training on telehealth covers accountability in remote teams, developing a cohesive remote team, and building trust.
Training can be customized to address specific issues or topics related to telehealth that are emerging with organizations. In addition, training can be adapted for remote and 2 ½ day sessions versus 1 full day.
