Reopening and Consumer Engagement During COVID-19
Many ACOs and Community Partners are facing a decrease in utilization due in large part to patients’ fears of contracting COVID-19 and other potential factors. According to national studies, patients would like postpone receiving care for at least six months. Among those with a chronic conditions, 60% say they have put off getting care. For ACOs, this course gives a framework on how to re-engage patients in a way that builds their trust and confidence in coming back to receive care at your facilities. For CP’s, it gives a framework on how care coordinators can re-engage members to ensure they receive the services that are so critical to their overall health.

This training will bring a cohort of participants together for a live webinar session on a variety of topics including understanding your target audiences, strategies to engage hard to reach demographics, developing targeted messages and materials, preparing for media interviews or learning how to create successful events using Zoom or Facebook LIVE.
