Interactive Online Trainings: Best and Evidence-Based Practices
C4 offers live and self-paced online learning through cutting-edge, easy-to-use technology that engages learners in conversation with one another and expert instructors. Our live, instructor-led courses delve deeply into specific evidence-based and promising practices. We also offer flexible, self-paced online units and short video tutorials designed for learning on your schedule. Online learning offerings can be customized based on your staff composition, agency, populations served, and learning goals and needs. Online trainings offered through C4 are designed to fit all levels of expertise and practice. For example, C4’s Motivational Interviewing trainings include hour long introductory modules, intermediate onsite or live, online trainings, and advanced training and coding and coaching resources. While many of our offerings are based on pre-existing trainings, if we are creating a private self-paced, live online, or onsite training for you, we always find it a best practice to meet with someone from your organization to ensure we are tailoring every training to be most relevant to your specific staff, goals, and needs. C4 provides tailored and private onsite and live, online training on Motivational Interviewing (MI). C4 also has a coding and coaching lab to help you perfect your use of MI, advancing MI skills trainings, and training on how to code and coach others’ MI practice.
