Data Governance Assessment and Roadmap
Has your community defined a shared vision with a clear need for data sharing across sectors and established collaborative leadership for executing on that vision, but is now having trouble building trust among stakeholders? Or you’ve implemented a technology solution, but usage is low because of ongoing questions about the legal ability to share data between ACOs and CPs? If so, this SOW is designed for you.
Effective data governance establishes what data can be shared with whom and under what circumstances to support evolving use cases. Intrepid Ascent will engage in the following activities to support you in developing a robust data governance framework:
- Assess data governance needs through document review, key informant interviews, and/or surveys
- Assess the applicability and impact of relevant privacy laws and regulations
- Review existing data governance artifacts such as agreements, policies and procedures, technical controls, and decision-making processes
- Deliver a written assessment with a roadmap for developing a robust data governance framework
